Havdalah Hangouts for Kids & Parent’s Night Off!
What to Expect:
- Community Havdalah & Parents' Night Off: Join us for a beautiful Havdalah ceremony, then let your kids (ages 6-13) enjoy a fun-filled evening at the Temple while you take a well-deserved break! Havdalah marks the end of Shabbat with wine, spices, and a braided candle. All Oak Park Temple members are welcome to this special ceremony.
- Supervised Free Play: Kids get to be kids! In a safe, supervised environment, they can play, make friends, and explore without adult interference. This is their time to shine and grow through independent play (no devices allowed) so they can develop into empowered adults.
- Exciting Activities: From art and building to reading, pretend play, board games, and old-fashioned physical games like corn hole and red light-green light, there will be a range of options for every child to choose from!
- Delicious Dinner: We'll provide a healthy dairy dinner, drinks and small dessert, ensuring kids are well-fed and ready for bed when they get home.
- Cost: Just $5 per family.
- RSVP: While not required, RSVPs are encouraged.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity for both kids and parents!
