The Festival intertwines the sounds, sights and tastes of Jewish culture and celebrates Jewish identity. First produced in 1980, the Festival has always brought together every facet of the Jewish community, young and old, multi-generational and all segments of religious practice and political thought for a day of sharing, understanding and tolerance. We also reach out to our friends of other religions and cultures to come and share the experience with us Be part of the “town square of Jewish Chicago” with 4 stages of music and dance, a juried art fair, a children’s activity fair, a strictly Kosher food fair and an organization fair with over 100 organizations. The largest Jewish cultural event in Chicago and the longest running Jewish Festival in America.
