JEWISH MYSTICISM AND THE
SPIRITUAL LIFE
Open to the entire temple community, this monthly course serves as a practical application of Jewish mystical teachings in our spiritual lives. Drawing upon the book, Jewish Mysticism and the Spiritual Life published by Jewish Lights Publishing (available through Amazon) Rabbi Gerson will lead us in reading, discussion, and application of textual selections from Hasidic and other Jewish mystical masters. Unlike Rabbi Gerson’s prior courses in Jewish mystical text, this course is intended for all searchers, regardless of familiarity with Kabbalistic teachings. Each session is intended to be self-contained such that those unable to attend each month will not find themselves at a loss.
