1619 Project: The Legacy of Racism in America with Rabbi Weiss and Rabbi Amram Abraham

Come and explore with Rabbi Weiss and Rabbi Abraham the legacy and history of slavery and racism in America. Our conversation will include readings from the New York Times series which marked the 400 years since the first slave of African descent was brought to America. We will pay special attention to the implications of American racism for the Jewish community.
