Shabbat walks are back! With warm weather on its way, Barbara Brotman will resume leading monthly Shabbat afternoon walks in nearby forest preserves and parks. Commune with nature for Shabbat! We walk and chat for about an hour. All are welcome; no reservations necessary. Just show up!
Sept. 20, 2 p.m. Des Plaines River Trail. Meet at end of parking lot for Evans Field, on Thatcher north of North Avenue just pass Russell's Barbecue.
