Celebrate Sukkot with a fully-loaded HOT CHOCOLATE BAR! Toppings, flavorings, and liqueurs (21+) plus the chance to shake the lulav. Free and open to guests - after all, that's the point of Sukkot!
The week-long festival of Sukkot starts Sunday! On Wednesday October 12 Oak Park Temple is hosting Cocoa in the Hut in our Sukkah. Visit our Sukkah, say some Hebrew blessings, shake the lulav and dwell for a bit with some cocoa! Fresh hot cocoa with toppings will be served.
Schedule for coco in the hut:
The OPT Sukkah is in the parking lot on the south side of the building.
6:30-7:00 families with 2nd grade and younger kids in the Sukkah
7:00-7:30 - adults enjoy cocoa in the Sukkah
7:30-8:00 - Students from our 3rd-6th Wednesday classes in the Sukkah
Parents of 3rd-6th graders: Students go to classrooms at 7:00.
Parents are invited to join the adult gathering in the Sukkah at 7:00, before our students join at 7:30.
Please pick up your children from the Sukkah in the parking lot at 8:00.
