COMMUNITY OF CONGREGATIONS FALL EVENT

 Discussion of: America To Me

On October 23rd at 7pm, the Community of Congregations will hold their Fall meeting at the First United Methodist Church of Oak Park, located at 324 N. Oak Park Ave. This will be a facilitated conversation addressing the hopes, reactions, and uncertainties that have been raised in our community by the documentary series: America To Me.

It will be a time for people of diverse faith to reflect together, to listen, and hopefully identify next steps that we, as members of the faith community, want to make happen.The facilitator will be Reesheda Graham-Washington, founder of L!VE Cafe, and co-author of Soul Fource: Seven Pivots Toward Courage, Community and Change.
